«August of air, earth, water and ... fire!»

Ischia lives its hottest and “busy” month of the year. August arrives in Ischia bringing a breath of warmth and novelty!
The island hosts artists, dreams and destinies as described in the article on La Cantina del Mare, a place of open-minded relationships in local traditions. The mind runs to Lacco less than the 60s when it was the living room of the Hollywood jet set.
Ischia also interprets the territory, thanks to Lucia Monti’s skillful oenological observation. Knowing a vine and experimenting with the various declinations is an art that Lucia knows well, Lucia with her enology made of far-sightedness and experimentation teaches us the difference between a well-made wine and a great wine.
Do not forget the seaside of Ischia, and in August, we remember the beautiful and fascinating Eden park, a place, an experience, an opportunity to combine in senses: the flavors of a tout court cuisine, the sweet fragrance of the breeze, the view of the extraordinary scenery and the sounds of the fiery waves that meet the rocks.
The sea of Ischia is a treasury of invaluable riches, and protected marine areas, such as Punta Campanella, are the guarantee to protect this resource endangered in the last century by strong antropization and industrialization.
August is, above all, the month of relaxation and pure vacation, emptying the mind. Letting go in abstract and pure thoughts like those of poetry, returning children when everything is marvelous, awakens the child within us...
Do not miss the traditions and characters that make history even in August, let us remember the historian “crazy” with the thoughtful and never heavy sea bottle!
